MEAD

Oh yes, I'm brewing again. It is awesome! I know a guy who's really into brewing and had a workshop. I went along and bought a starter kit. I only have one airlock at the moment. I want a second batch on the go, so I'm going to try and make my own. Wish me luck.

I'll keep you updated with it's progress.

In the meantime, meet Rupert. He was made with cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, oranges and lemons. I used a champagne yeast. It will be quite strong. I'm going to try the same recipe with a bread yeast for a lower alcohol content and compare the taste of the two.
